Our experience as one of the first Estate Liquidation companies in Dallas. We have built a reputation since 1999 based on integrity, honesty and understanding.

No one’s life is the same and although hard to let go. Having a team come in organize, highlight, and host a sale. We find brings a sort of closure. Giving much loved items new life. Helping your community and yourself.

We understand the challenge. We have seen it all. We can help. Sentimental connections and memories preserved at a glance of cherished items. Sometimes overwhelmed with things that are hard to let go of. Finding the time in an already full schedule. Emotions run high and so often we hear our clients say they get stuck unable to find the steps to move forward.

We were very nervous about giving strangers a key to our parent’s home, but after meeting with them, their professionalism and kindness put us at ease.

After we emptied the attic the house was in a huge disarray, but they were able to organize the entire house in two days, putting on a wonderful sale and getting top dollar for the items being sold.

Billie also provided us a daily update of the sale total. After the sale, she and her crew boxed the remaining items for the charity of our choice to pick up.

Without a doubt, this is the best, most professional estate sale company in the Dallas area. WOW!

I interviewed several estate sale companies before selecting Attics to Basements. They had their act together from the very beginning.

The team they sent over to sort, label, and price items was phenomenal. They were hard working, courteous, and generally nice people. They were well organized and it was reflected in the setup of my estate sale. All items were clearly marked with a price and like items were grouped together nicely.

They sent the same team over to run the sale and they were excellent at selling the items. They kept the tables stocked with items and were mingling with the customers to make sure they were available to answer any questions.

Their people are what made the difference. They knew that an estate sale is tough for anyone; but, they walked me through it and made it happen.
