3. How far in advance do I need to schedule my sale?

As soon as possible. A month is preferred, but we have done some with two weeks notice for some sales.

Preparation can take a couple weeks, but usually, we can start staging on Sunday or Monday, then conduct the sale Thursday thru Saturday.

Once we have a signed contract, then there is no backing out, or if the advertising is already functioning, then we must continue.
